Permanently delete your Elite Academy account and the personal data associated with it.
This page explains how to permanently delete your account and personal data for the Elite Academy mobile app (package edu.aeronex.elite_academy).
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address (or with the phone number) on your account:
Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”and include the phone number or email registered to your account so we can verify it’s you. We process verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
We may retain a limited amount of data where the law or legitimate business needs require it — for example:

Retained records are kept secured and are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose. Everything else is deleted.
