This Privacy Policy describes how Elite Academy (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Elite Academy mobile application and related services. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
We rely on the following trusted providers, who process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies:

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above, with your educational institution / organization as needed to deliver the service, and where required by law.
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time, in two ways:
Deletion removes your account identity, profile, educational records, messages, and notifications. Some records (for example, payment/tax records and security logs) may be retained where required by law — see the Account Deletion page for the data types, reasons, and retention periods.
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
The app is intended for use within educational institutions. Where students below the age of majority use the app, it is provided under the supervision of the institution and/or a parent or guardian. Contact us to exercise privacy rights on behalf of a minor.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
