1. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Accounts are intended for use within the context of the educational institution that provides them.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it without authorization.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not use the Service to harass others or violate their privacy.

3. Payments

Where the Service includes fees, you agree to pay the amounts due. Payment records may be retained as required by law. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the policy of your educational institution.

4. Content & intellectual property

Course materials and content provided through the Service are owned by Elite Academy or its licensors and are provided for your personal, educational use only. You retain rights to content you submit, granting us a limited license to operate the Service.

5. Account deletion & termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Privacy → Account → Delete Account) or via our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Elite Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
